Should I open the Revoltech Prime ??

Postby Jazz.ca » Mon Jul 16, 2007 8:37 pm

A friend of mine visited me last week, and he gave me a present: Revoltech Optimus Prime.

He looks great and I am glad that my friend bought me that. However I am thinking should I open him up or not?

Uh...yah. The Revoltech line is all about super poseability. It would be a crime to leave it in it's boxed prison and not play with it at least once. Go for it, and have fun!

Yeah, you should definitely open him up. He's too cool not to.

Nope, and send 'em back while you're at it. Revoltech sucks.

I hate this question. It is fast becoming my no 1 pet peeve.

Opening a TF is a personal decision. There are some I choose to, and some I don't. It mostly depends on whether they display better in box or when roaming freelty on my shelves.

In this cse, I did pop open my Revoltechs. However, choose for yourself. Whatever makes you happier.

Yeah, that and the four new "is 08 bumblebee out yet?" threads that appear every day.

I know. Adding to that, how about the new MP-04 vs DVD Prime thread that seems to be a daily happening or the, Is MP Megatron worth it question.

Of course you should open it. It's an action figure. It begs to be enjoyed. I opened mine and I never get tired of playing with it.

No, actually I am. I can't stand the TF Revoltechs. Hideous sculpts, the ones I've messed with were way to fragile. Can't stand 'em, think they're a waste of money. They suck IMHO. But to each his own, eh?

Hah, great sig!

However, the Revoltechs are nice. The head sculpts could have been crisper. However, overall, I like them. They are super poseable and not really toys. So fragility should not be an issue.

Well, unless you are having wrestling matches between Prime and Megs :?

For your info, you can't transform a Revoltech transformer.
They are only good for action posing.

I was being sarcastic because i don't see the point of a transformer wich you can not transform.
