Motormaster, Breakdown, Dragstrip, Dead End and Wildrider vs. Starscream, Skywarp, Thundercracker, Ramjet, Thrust and Dirge.

Claiming Fox News has real journalists is like claiming Twilight has real vampires, it's just illogical.

*deep, remosreful sigh* I hate to do it, I really do, but it sort of depends on cartoon or comic Stunticons/Seekers for me.
In the cartoon, either side would be lucky to bungle their way to a win.
But, in the comics, this is an interesting battle. I think the Seekers win, becuase Comic Seekers tend to be a little more organized and intelligent and less, stupid, than the cartoon ones. Menasor in the DW comics at least was just a point-and-shoot type of weapon, like in the G1 second arc, back on Cybertron. Menasor gets released somehow and just runs around stomping Defensor and stuff, without any sort of clear plan of action. CErtainly he was instructed to do so by Shockwave (presumptions, all) but he didn't seem like there was anything going on in the processor besides stamp-mush-kill. I thnk the comics portray the original three Seekers better than they do the Coneheads who seem just like thugs, but from AHM (I know I;m mixing stories/companies/canonical stuff) SS/TC/SW are alot better organized than they probably ever had been previously. That being said, TC is the swing vote, as he may think that Decepticon vs. Decepticon fighting is counterproductive and sit out the round. Regardless, I take the Seekers, not for numbers but for organization and mobility. If/when the Stnticons form Menasor their speed and manuverability instantly vanishes, and the Seekers just go to town on him. Individually the Stunticons are just outmatched by the Seekers as well, with null rays and SW's teleporting being the winning edge, I think.

I must also rely on the comics to decide, and go along with much of what was posted above this. And I do give it to the Seekers, but at a heavy cost. Only Starscream and possibly Skywarp survive, the others become cannon fodder. Especially if Menasor is able to be formed. If not, all the Stunticons pack some firepower on their own, espeically Motormaster, who is a bit of a lunatic to boot.
Seekers win, but barely.

If Menasor can hold it together - physically, mentally, emotionally - he can shoot down the Seekers one by one. His gun is very powerful. Maybe Starscream's null rays can cripple him. Maybe Skywarp can do a teleport bomb attack big enough to bring him down. The others will have to use their regular missiles. The longer this fight drags on, the more attacks can be made against Menasor. This increases the pressure on his fragile mind and eventually makes him separate into the Stunticons, who are weaker and thus more vulnerable than their gestalt form. Therefore, Menasor needs a quick victory or else he might be brought low by repeated bombardment.
