Hmmmm my understanding of superman is that he has a weakness against magic. Question is however is harry fast enough to hit him or will superman finish this fast or even from a distant. Think superman would take this out as much as i like harry potter.

Superman. As I understood when I read the books, for whatever reason the wizards in HP need their wands and spellwords to use magic. Now Superman is only beaten by Flash in speed, so I doubt Superman wouldn't be able to take Potters wand from his hand, break it in two, and hand it back before Potter finishes a spell.

Actually thats a bit of a misconception.
He's not particularly weak against magic......its just that magic effects him the same way it does anyone else.

Well, unless Potter has a wand made from Kryptonite, this is going to be one very short match up!

It's also not, 'pull a rabbit out of your hat and he doubles over in pain' as some people seem to think. It takes some powerful magic. Manchester Black, a high-powered psychic, described trying to work Superman's capillaries as trying to work concrete.
I doubt Harry can take him even once out of fifty.

Not caring about scale since 1984. Just like Hasbro.

Not necessarily. They can perform magic silently, and they spend much of the sixth book explaining that, and Harry NOT learning that comes back to bite him in the ass near the end. Only really high-end magic requires an incantation. They can also perform magic without wands, but it's never anything major and it's apparently extremely difficult to do right.
This all comes down to a factor of luck. And it only comes down to that if Harry is at his absolute prime. If he can silently cast the insta-kill spell BEFORE Superman can take him down, I'd say Harry would win. Otherwise, it goes to Superman.
