Universe Mini-Con 1 packs have tech spec numbers?

I just noticed these, but the original K-Mart pack had no particular numbers on them for these guys, but the individually packed Universe Mini-Cons all seem to have individual tech spec numbers. It's a nice addition, although a full bio, function and motto would have been nice.
