Can someone please tell me the name of this guy?

I found these funny superdeformers here: http://www.encirobot.com/8pg/sd14.asp and have been trying to identify as many as possible. But I´m stuck with this guy. So who is he?

He´s definitely Japanese, I even spotted him at the end of a YouTube video called Animetal combo. But I couldn´t read his name unfortunately as he appeared at the tail end of the clip ...

Yahoo! I think I finally found him ... judging by Wikipedia´s SRW article and the extensive list of characters involved in the games, he is GoShogun. Or, more precisely Sengoku Majin GoShogun.

I remember him as Macron 1 but as Shin told me the other week he is known in Japan as Go Shogun. He also contains 3 space-ship things that combine to form another smaller robot.

It's not a cape per say, but it is a wing that comes out when he flies that looks like a cape.

The easiest way to tell the Getters apart? Shin Getter is the one with the ridiculously huge shoulders and the green goo showing. New Getter has some traits similar to Shin Getter, but looks more in proportion and closer to the original. Neo Getter has entirely different colors and heads, and G... well, Dragun has that covered with his sig.

Ah .. so he CAN fly? Excellent. (I was guessing as much judging by the small fin (?) on the back of his calf.)
