Im sticking to needing a Galvatron. a big one

I didnt even consider it till i started browsing these darned forums but now im thinking about buying Energon Galvatron to be my G1 Galvie stand-in. But he's rare, so now im thinking about Energon Megs (i hate the wings on classic/henkei). or wait till payday and pay ebay prices. darn it hasbro, pull the trigger and make it happen!!!

id also love for a Neo G1 combiner. a true one. i dont care who it is (logically shud be menasor or computron but im easy). It strikes me as logical that since theyve reduced the number of new voyagers and eliminated the ultras (aka stopped repainting cybertron figures), maybe in preparation for the next 'big' thing post-dotm

Oh, my... Wouldn't that just be heavenly. I'm not getting my hopes up for that, though. :/

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of focus in the Masterpiece line after the big hype that Rodimus had.

I'm curious why Menasor or Computron are the logical choices?

I would like a good Galvatron though. and Springer, Blitzwing, Sandstorm, Sharkticon and Arcee though.

Proper Arcee. Not some motorbike type thing.

Actually, as a G1 collector I was very, very pleased with Impossible Toys Valkyrie. It fits right in with my G1s.

I'd like Hasbro to release an G1-styled Arcee toy, simply for nostalgia stakes. A head-remold into Chromia seems to make some sense, as would Minerva. Elita-1 would've been my choice, but she's Pink - and so is Arcee.

While the toy may have satisfied some, the price tag was ridiculous compared to that of a generations deluxe class..Not questioning the 3rd party quality rather the price I guess

To be honest I think there needs to be more lady bots anyway..I mean they were in the cartoons..

I already posted this on the recolor thread, but the Cybertron Overhaul mode has great potential as a repaint and head retool as G1 Ironhide.

You might want to hang in there; especially if you're thinking about laying out some serious cash.

While the next member of TakaraTomy's Masterpiece line remains anyone's guess, a lot of signs are pointing to a Masterpiece Galvatron.

We already had Universe/Henkei Galvatron; and that mold resurfaced rather recently in the Challenge at Cybertron three-pack. I think it's safe to say he won't be popping up in Generations.

given the fragility, cost and scale issues of masterpieces i doubt i'll be after mp galvatron. i gave up on the idea of buying energon figure, bought e. megs for £12 instead of £120 for galvatron. winner

good point about the reissues, i suppose chances of a re-do are minimal. id hoped for a G1 Soundwave but im gonna track down Music Label Soundblaster instead

Make Soundwave a retool of RTS Perceptor. The Perceptor mold is perfect for him.

Grimlock was back in Classics, but I wouldn't mind a new mold of him and mabye some of the other Dinobots (like Swoop and Slag).

Get rid of the knobs; remold the shoulder cannon to look more like a rocket launcher; and remold the head. That would make a pretty decent looking Soundwave.

Someone acctually already made a custom Soundwave from Perceptor (and it looked badass), so it's not really my idea.

That's... actually a pretty good idea concerning Perceptor, there. I'm visualizing it in my head and it's not too shabby...

Although considering WFC Soundwave, I doubt it.

Optimus Prime had a figure in both Generations and RTS, so they could just throw earth mode Soundwave into the RTS line.
