what is the difference from SDCC ultimate Optimus Prime verses the retail release?

What is the difference from SDCC ultimate Optimus Prime verses the retail release? Beside from the packaging I have not noticed anything different from the two.

I *think* they're identical bar the special edition pacakaging. Don't quote me on that tho'.

The SDCC version also supposedly has stickers to give the trailer a G1 look. Or so I heard.
