So, I'm a completionist, or a perfectionist, whatever you wanna call it, and I'd like to get all the DOTM figures of the characters in the movie.
I already have Voyager Shockwave, Deluxe Crankcase and Barricade.
I'm short on money, as I'm 16 and without a job.
What Voyager and what two deluxes would you suggest I get next? I'm not interested in Roadbuster, because I don't like how his alt mode is not decked out, and I don't want Topspin yet, because he had no lines and I despise the "mullet" look.
Thanks in advance!

Megatron is pretty good. The shoulder articulation is rather limited but there are ways of working around it. His transformation is genius.
As for deluxes I can only recommend Ratchet. He is quite screen accurate. Transformation is rather simple but he's a decent figure.

I think the best deluxes so far are Starscream (or Thundercracker), Ratchet, Crankcase, and Laserbeak

I'm going to be the odd man out, but when I have 1800+ figures, I think I can safely say when figures are fun or not, and for the most part, these guys are all pretty good.
Deluxe Roadbuster, Starscream/Thundercracker, and Topspin are excellent figures
Laserbeak is good but his MechTech is better
Deluxe BB is OK
Leader BB, if you leave off the MechTech, is the most elegant and fun BB ever made
Skyhammer, though not in the movie, is excellent
Megatron has a clever transformation, but be careful of the hood ornament snapping off
My only real complaints are:
Jolt, who is less articulated and more goofy than his ROTF version
Skids, for being complete trash, with no knees, weird feet, and a ton of kibble
Prime, but only because his alt mode doesn't lock together very solidly

wow, you and me are in the same predicament
im 17 and no job XD but any ways i would recommend the following
the normal bumblebee(not nitro)
deluxe starscream
voyager prime
megatron
sideswipe
ironhide
(also on a side note, DO NOT GET skids and mudflap, skids same reason as razorclaw said, and mudflap is better than skids yes but i would not recommend him. and jolt has a bad transformation)

I was and did all the above for ROTF learning a great lesson in obsession so this Movie it feels good to sit back and wait for the figures i want from the film and not collecting waves saves me money for the figures i realy want and from other lines .

Well, you're not gunning for Leader Class, so I must suggest Voyager Ironhide. It's actually a more complicated transformation than the Leader Class anyway. But it's very accurate, and you gotta have a tribute toy to the character. And I'm not into Deluxes, so I can't say.

I have only 2 DotM toys so far but I really enjoy both of them: Cyberverse Powerglide and Voyager class Ironhide.
Powerglide, to me, is a great example of enjoyably involved transformation design at Scoutish size class. I like how the toy homages the G1 character while involving the more mechanical intricacies of the live action movie designs. I really like how the alt mode is devoid of any kibble.
VC Ironhide is a toy that a lot of people either love or hate. I have the VC from RotF, which I tried to love but just couldn't. The DotM VC mold is much better, though it isn't without its flaws. Here are some positive and negative points I can think of off the top of my head.
Pros:
- The form and sculpting of the toy has a good likeness to the CG model from the movie.
- Better leg design than the first VC mold.
- Greatly increased articulation capability in the legs, allowing more varied posing.
Cons:
- Flatbed section in alt mode is significantly compromised to allow the better leg design in bot mode.
- Mechtech ports are obtrusive in alt mode.
- Lack of arm cannons from the CG model, which I prefer over the Mechtech weapon for this toy.
One con I didn't mention is that the arm design is disliked by many. I personally have no problems with it because there are multiple points of articulation in the arms that compensate for the unorthodox design. I also didn't mention a commonly reported problem with the torso not locking into place as I am able to lock my VC Ironhide's torso into place with no problems.

VC Ironhide is cool! Though I love my LC Ironhide more. I got Sideswipe and I like him alot, he's a cool figure when you can get him to stand up right, lol.
I'm currently going for the Cyberverse figs, they're cheaper and make cool vehicle displays. I love how my Cyberverse Ironhide is in decent scale to Legend Crowbar.
And yes, Skyhammer isn't in the movie, but he's an awesome figure!! He's one of my faves along with Shockwave.

Long live the Decepticons!! I love G1 Starscream!!
Don't tell Starscream, but I'm in love with movieverse Ironhide!
