what if persay... a person wanted to create a seibertron clan... not like a clan thats just there but a clan like the rdd or the pac.
how would one go about doing that

We haven't had clans in ages. I know there's some kind of feature, bu I don't know if it's active or not.

Hmmm....
I'm assuming you want to create another HMW clan and not a non-hmw site clan. I don't know that non-hmw clans are possible.
I also don't know if new clans are being allowed in HMW yet, but I'd ask Mkall.
Right now the Preds and Maxi's don't have enough numbers for another clan but the Bots and Cons could, and may be a good thing.
The AWC sucks so an alternative may be a good thing, and the RDD is a pretty dominating force (and I should know
) so perhaps a little competition would be fun.... or it could rip the Cons apart... either way The Cons are too stong anyways

well i know the rdd is a pretty big force and ive been trying to get in but the vote hasnt come in yet
