...What? No really...what is it you're asking?
Black and white are the toy's original colors, as far as I know. When it was released as a "transformers" toy, it was changed to purple and black, as it was in the cartoon. I don't know about his Marvel comic coloring.
When the toy was released as a reissue for the Hasbro Toy Shop, it was released in it's original diaclone (the Japanese line before transformers) colors.
Is that kinda what you were wanting to hear? lol

I think what he is ask was were the orignal colors from takara black purple. The answer is no they were white and kind of rainbow strip on shuttle fin and the train was black.

The colour model used in the cartoon was based on the prototype colours that were revised to mostly white before the G1 toy's release. The closest that we've had to those proto colours released has been the ehobby version, but that's still not an exact match for his cartoon colours.
I've got an oversized KO of the Classics version on the way at the moment and am planning to experiment with dye to get a G1 toon look on him.

The black and white was released in Japan as a limited run but NASA had issues I think so Takara changed it to the black and purple we got over here.

Longs for the days of G1 where we only had to worry about Megatron, Soundwave and Laserbeak wanting to be Autobots, Swoop calling himself Tracks and Slingshot calling himself Slingslot!
