That's exactly what I'm talking about. I'd like to avoid that. No amount of disclaimers can prevent the scenario you mentioned above. I'd rather just not deal with it.
Yes, that is what disclaimers are for, to re-direct any responsibility from you and to the other parties involved.
Of all the times people have fallen in the skating rink and tired to sue them, no one has ever dragged anyone affiliated with the rink to court because of the disclaimers..
