Had another question. Are the Takara's just repaint's or actually different figures?

What I'm asking is, are there any Takara exclusives that are different from the Hasbro molds?

Gaidora, Bakudora, Budora and Judora feature different heads (hence the "retool" instead of "repaint"), Budora even features a new Beast Mode head. In robot mode they're styled after Japanese Oni, including a certain number of horns (1 for Budora, 2 for Judora, 3 for Gaidora, 4 for Bakudora). The first Dragotron is closest to his US release, so you can skip him.
For comparisons, you can check out the Transformers: GO! Galleries on this site. Only Goradora and Judora are missing, but will be up soon enough along with the future Guren Dragotron.
