Actually, I agree, there is no other line scheduled except movie, and animated until Fall '08 when Classics 2.0 comes out.

Movie toys will be there for quite some time.

This doesn't explain why TRU has been empty as well. I think Hasbro's distribution is just balls.

I wasn't acting like a prick, you were simply spamming which is not allowed. If you had quoted a form of someone's text so we understand what your very large excitement of 'Whoo' was about.

The previous posts had nothing to be excited about when they were simply stating things about resets that were actually a bit depresssing. I did not understand where you were coming from since you said nothing but 'Whoooooooooo'. Higly enlightening as that was, it didn't continue my thought process on the topic.

I did say please, and thank you, which is more than you can say when you simply call me a prick, which is also against forum rules.

So stop baiting me to get into a flame war with you and prove you have something to add to the conversation more than 'Whooo'.

Thanks.

About the topic.
I am looking forward to the reset that is supposed to happen next week in which case I might say, 'Woo hoo!' to that information. Thanks!

I wasn't trying to initiate a flame war --- and I had no idea somebody else was posting when I posted "WHOOOO". Obviously, if that had been the first post, which I had planned it to be, it would have made sense.

the service at hasbro sucks, i went to their website to get the number to get in contact with some, for me at least no matter what time of day it makes it seem like they're closed, it says the business hours are from 8-4:30, please call again, even if i'm calling when they should be open, the only other way to contact is emailing them, emailed them a couple days ago and still nothing, but as for the bumblebee or any other figure, if u call a store, find out any useful info, please post, the only way to beat scalpers is to share info, and help each other, i hear a lot of people say in my hometown the stores have this, this, etc. or i got a BB today and then they post pics, if ur gonna show off please at least say what city u got urs in, maybe someone who lives in that city or at least close enough to go can get it.

Almost every store around here is out of nearly everything interesting. Tonight we went to a Meijer, Target, and 3 Walmarts. All they had were Wreckages, Ratchets, Meijer had 3 starscreams, and we found the one and only Blackout out of that whole list of stores at Target. And loads upon loads of stupid voice changer helmets, trailer gun thingies, and all that other junk that's hogging space from figures.

I kind of resent everyone bitching about retail workers and calling them all lazy and stupid. Frankly, it's not even their faults. My girlfriend works at Walmart as an assistant manager. She really doesn't know what's on a truck for sure until the truck is unloaded. They can't ever say with certainty what's coming, and they don't order this stuff. The company sends her what they think she needs for her departments (apparell in her case). She got accused of hiding the toys in the back one day from someone, and like she told me "if those toys are in the back, it's because they are lost somewhere back there and NOBODY knows we even have them" and I believe her because she's not retarded or lazy. Proof? She graduated Magna Cum Laude last year in Psychology (oddly Walmart pays better then her career field). As of right now, she has no idea if/when more Transformers are coming to her store. If they show up, they show up. And they are hiding nothing in the back. They find all their display case stuff from the local Hasbro Rep that goes store to store, so if they aren't told then they have no idea. Walmart is a corporation and has very bad communication in most cases.

Oh, and I'd tend to think Toy departments are messed up a lot (and they aren't here, there's always at least one person straightening shelves our walmart) because you predominantly have CHILDREN rumaging the shelves while they whine and bother parents to buy them this or that, and when they parent says no they throw it down anywhere.

So before everyone jumps on the bashing bandwagon, at least look at it from their point. Sure there's some people there that don't wanna deal with some of us sometimes, but to characterize everyone is wrong. There's actually some pretty good people in retail for the pay and crap that comes with the job.

i dont know if people got to read this, someone posted immediately after, just want people to hear the part about cooperation between collectors, so here it is:

Well, I would read this thread here, where people seem to be united in their feelings about wanting to find '08 BB, and sharing findings, and knowledge.

http://seibertron.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=13074&sid=

Your thread title doesn't say that, nor does your first post so people with that info may not be posting in this thread.

Best thing I can recommend is patience, and persistance.

I think ruining the topic was my fault when I tried to get something more from Dispensor.

Please stop calling names, leave Dispensor alone and return to the topic.

EDIT: Saw apology...thread is rosy again...

It's Dispensor. With an "s".

Sorry, couldn't help it.

As for the appropriate topic, I called two Wal*Marts a little while ago: the one near me, and the supercenter in Port Richey. The local store person said that the toy lady was the only one who could answer my question -- "When will you be getting new shipments of transfomrers movie toys?" --- but she wasn't available. The other store lady said that they get new toy shipments every night. Is this true?

Yes, they do get shipments in every single night, even if it's only one box or ten pallets.

For the OH, PA, NY, WV region: Wal-Mart's reset for TransFormers is due by or before August 6th.

Target's is nationwide for the week of August 5th, said to be completed (at least in my neck of the woods) around August 12th for toys.

Those big ass carts with the handles that allow them to move more than one heavy box at a time. Kinda like a mini-forklift.

A pallet is a wooden platform about 4ft in lenth and 3ft in width When you see them stocking in stores like Walmart you can't miss them

There are plastic and steel pallets also. I use to work in a warehouse in high school. The plastic ones are worth $100 bucks- and there are a number of people that buy and sell them. Usually you never sell your plastic ones, just the broken wooden ones- a buyer usually comes in and buys the broken ones cheap and repairs them and resells them for more.
