Lets list the problems with the movie figures
On my leader class Optimus Prime's right arm the I guess you could call it a blue shoulder pad has a round hole in it and is actually the left shoulder pad. So he has a left side piece attached to his right arm.

wreckages "shoulders" don't lock in so when you move his arms his automorph moves, but I may have missed a part of his transformation

I am having the same annoying problem with Wreckage too. It kept changing back everytime I move its arms back. The cannon on top of the vehicle mode is suppose to hold that in position in robot mode so it doens't slip back, but I think a locking mechanism is still better...I am looking for a way to add some locking mechanism.

Fast action battlers seem cheap. Starscreams head wants to tilt forward and Optimus Prime doesn't want to stay together in truck mode.

There's the earlier mentioned flaw with some of the deluxe Bumblebee's, too. I got one for my nephew today and after he opened it he handed it to me to transform for him. Pushing the button on the hood down as hard as I could didn't do anything at all (yes I was using the instructions) so I tried applying pressure to the front and the tab snapped.
I knew the Automorph feature was going to result in a lot of broken/defective toys.

...still hard to find?
Only figure problem I've run into is the auto-punch gimmick on Barricade seems really hair-trigger, but maybe it's just the one I got.

My Barricades trigger is hard to. You really have to use your nails. Anyways, the punch function is kinda weird.

I got Robovision Optimus Prime...I'm returning it. The legs NEVER stay together and the stupid little pieces on the legs, and the red shouldr things, fall off about a dozen time when you transform it. I've been waiting a long time for this figure, and I'm VERY disappointed...

My Brawl had a nasty stress mark on his left arm. I plan on taking it back. I get a Swindle. I might get a another Brawl latter. First time I ever returned a Transformer

Seems like the Blackout problems have been pretty well documented, but I had a little trouble with the waist, and stress marks on the shoulder to main body tab right out of the box. I ended up returning him, upsetting because he was one of my two "Must Gets" today, and the store was out when we took him back. On the up side, Cyber Stompin' Bumblebee is great for terrorizing unruly dogs. =p

My Barricade has problems with standing up as both his legs are fairly loose. He keeps wanting to do front/back splits. I dont have any hair trigger punch issues though, his trigger punch actually takes a fair whack of compression to get going.
He is a bit of a pain to get back into car mode due to all the tabs and panels having to be put away in a certain order.

Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.

The Leader Megs is hard to transform to jet, and that alt mode SUCKS. I'm really surprised that it looks so....bleh.
Also, the arm fusion cannon needs the long finger to stay out. Boo on that.
I like the Optimus though.

Robovision Prime is good in my book, dont have problems with Blackout except alot of stress marks and what looks to be a chipped mark on the tail. My biggest annoyance is Barricade, the auto punch thing constantly pops out and its really annoying. Man I thought the movie lines were going to be the return of beast wars

Wow this thread makes me want to quit this line while I'm ahead. So far only bumblebee has been defective and broke, it was the one in the wal-mart exclusive 2 pack so stay away from that set if you want a working bumblebee.
Leader Prime sort of annoys me in robot mode. His arms never stay in place, his waist always flops out from his chest, and his back wheels pop if you try to bend his knees. He's definitely a display piece only, which is fine with me, but sometimes annoying if I pick him up and have to reset everything.
None of the movie bots' robot modes are very sturdy. That seems to be the main theme of this line. Fragile.

Robo vieion prime is getting easier to mess with the more I transform him. Both modes look real good to me and I'm glad he is such a close resemblence to the movie version. THat was my beef with the other prime too blocky cuz of the electronics.

Ya, my Swindle does not lock back together right in car mode, today I went and looked and all the others have the same gap on the left "knee" that becomes the back window.
Also, on aqll the ones locally his right headlight has a slight gap right above the clear plastic and the red body plastic.
However, my 2 Longviews, Booster 10 and my Robot Heroes are fantastic!

Oddly enough, mine has both problems. And yet I still like the gimmick, I read it as more of a grab than a punch... The long arm of the law, if you will.
My bonecrusher had a bit of mold flash in places that kept his wheels from turning freely. Nothing an xacto
knife couldn't fix, though, and no scratching of the figure occurred.
Neither of these things make me like the figures any less. I only have the First Encounter pack, Bonecrussher, and the Protoforms, but already I'm digging the movie line heavily.

I just have the same old broken Bumblebee tab problem as everyone else. As I was pushing that button on the hood I kept telling myself "Be careful now, self" and as careful as I was a little piece of yellow plastic still landed on my desk.

Speaking of Robo Vision Prime, anyone got the Robo Vision codes to work??? Did Target update their site?
My RoboVision Prime is having a hard time standing up, being that the part behind his back jut out so much, he keeps wanting to fall backwards. The feet are just too loose to hold its pose, and I have to bend his knees and posture just to make him balance and not tip backwards. Anyone have this problem?

I don't like the part on Bonecrusher where you take his two wheels and join them and then lock it in place with his torso flap. The wheels show that they want to break loose and I have a feeling they will someday.
Also I know this is sorta off topic, but does Bonecrusher have an auto-morph?
