Nope. It's actually a sheet metal model you have to build. There were others out there a few years ago, I wanted to grab them. Then saw the price. :-(

Nope. It doesn't transform, it doesn't talk, it doesn't walk, all it does is standing there reflecting lights.

Don't know how much you saw them. I got mine at $14.99 from a local game/toy shop.
