If Megs were hooked up to the Matrix, all the Smiths would pile on him and turn him into a giant Smith.
If Megs were outside the Matrix however he might be able to fight his way through all the machines and destroy the computer that runs the Matrix. Then squish all the helpless human smiths in the pods.

Movie Megs could take over the entire Matrix movie franchise with his hacking abilities. It would dance to his tune. He would use it to build more Decepticons, vehicles, weapons, etc.
