Yay or nay?
God damn it looks good but a pain in the ass to transform. I literally gave up on him only for my g/f to keep asking that I should try to TF him, so she ended up doing the work for me. But we couldnt get his head to stay in truck mode, the head is down but the cover is ajar, it doesnt snap in or anything. While I wish his eyes would light up blue, I mean c'mon yellow eyes, wtf?

Definitely a yay.
Also, you're not push the chest mechanism down far enough. It locks in place, keeping the head down.

I have both and I like the leader class one better but overall both are great.

I love mine. I've only transformed him twice, but I'm getting the hang of him. Seems to be that way with all the movie toys.

I say Yay. I think his Transformation is pretty creative.
His head should lock in, Just make sure you flip the piece up at the bottom of his chest, that should lock it in. The piece was flipped down in the package to prevent the "try me" feature from locking his head down.

should I be able to do this with him already fully in truck mode? I'm not in the mood yet to TF him again lol.

I'm getting really really good at transforming him without the directions. I think he's an excellent fig that has some stellar engineering behind his transformation. I especially love the headlight slide/foot transformation and the knee/semi hood transformation. Very clever!
The only two NAYS...head cannot look up and down, and the sound effects are crap. Where's the transformation sound effect?
Plus the yellow lights are just stupid. Wish they were blue.

Gotta pop the hood long enough to catch the latch.

Prime's a definate yay. He's probably one of my favorite versions so far. A lot of ingenuity in the transformation, and the alt mode is amazing. This is one of those where I look at the gimmicks, and the child inside wakes up. Looking forward to getting the Voyager class too, but this was my big priority today, and I was not disappointed.
