That's 3 for Uncle Burnie.
If he has the "Cast Iron Manifolds" to follow my interview, he'll accept his nomination....

It's only 3 if he puts up a pic of a cane toad that has had dettol applied.

And now I know for a fact that, albeit a few years ago, somebody around here started interviewing Seibertron members, because Ryan happened to be one of those selected. I'm sure the relevant threads have been lost to the ages, but there you have it.tigertracks24 wrote:...and Ryan/Seibertron, for without him, where would we all be?
Must. Resist. Temptation.
Mkall originally did interviews a while ago, followed by Burn.
Just a little bit more history ... the interviews started in the HMW forums and were HMW centred (players, their thoughts on the game etc).
Douche - Have you spoken to Ryan about getting these interviews "immortalised" somewhere? We already lost the classic interview I did with War Hammer (can't get much more fun than an interview with WH as he slowly gets drunker and drunker) as well as a few others. Time these things were preserved.

i backed out of the 2nd spot after seeing most of the collections you guys have...frankly speaking i've only got a few TFs as i've just restarted my collecting for barely 6 months now, after a long hiatus between childhood TF fantasies, elementary->college education, and work.
sad to say i've lost all my G1 figures so basically when i started months ago, with Cybertron Smokescreen as my first-ever TF fig after all those times, i had to start from scratch.
now, with work and much more disposable income, i'm just rebuilding what i had lost a long time ago, when i barely had money to buy a single G2 or Beast War figure when they first came out, after losing my precious G1 toys.
i hope CP understands, i wanted to do the interview too, but i have to concentrate on collecting a decently-sized TF collection before i could share it with you guys. besides, DJSoundwave is also a Filipino (but i think he lives in the states) and if someone is worthy to speak out for us Asians, i'd cast my vote for him.
but for now, my vote for the next spot goes to SUNSTAR. it is rare to see women go into action-figure collecting, much more rarer to see them collecting TFs.
besides, i'd like to know why she likes Starscream so much.

I'd like to see Counterpunch interview himself about his own collection:
CP asks... What's you favorite Transformer?
"My favorite Transformer is Victory Lio..." Punch replies.
CP says... Hey that's my favorite too! Wait, when did you get a Victory Lio!?!...HEY, mine's gone! Give him back!! Smack!, Pow!, Wham! (tustle, fight, punch, kick, hair pull, etc.)...!!!
INTERVIEW CONCLUDED DUE TO TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES.
LOL, you just reminded me of the fight scene in "Me myself and Irene" when Jim carey kicks his own arse!!

The size of your collection doesn't matter, I see these interviews as getting to know the person behind the name, and there's a lot more to being a TF fan than just collecting toys.

Not yet. I will, and I agree that these would be a good thing to have record of. The more community the better.

Absolutely true.
(I hate multi-quotes...)
More will follow and I have a good idea of the next 4-5 people to go up.

Honestly, I kinda figured he would be the first one.
Nope, we started with the best candidate possible (ME) and are progressively working down hill. The longer it takes Counterpunch to interview you, the lower you are on the social ladder. This claim is backed by the fact that Tigertracks24 is next.![]()
I have no idea where Burn may end up, but perhaps he should forget getting interviewed all together?![]()
A ladder, eh? I've always conceptualized the social hierarchy as a beanstalk...where the giants at the top better hope the jerk at the bottom doesn't have an ax.
