Wasn't too keen about the film at first. Especially with the changes on the bots we know and love. Now that I'm hearing more positive reviews about the film over seas ,and other people here that have seen pre screeners. I'm starting to settle down a little more. Starting to like the figures a bit more like Optimus,Bumblebee,Ironhide,Ratchet and Barricade.
Ok so which figures you prefer. Movie Optimus , or the fast action battler version , or the Target exclusive. I think the movie Prime. Gonna wait til they drop the price some. Will get it later
Movie Starscream or the fast action battler Starscream. Fast action battler Starscream I prefer. Even though they aren't really that nice looking.
Which Bumblebee is cooler the 74 camaro version or the 98 version. The 98 version of course. Which one has the automorpher peg problem. Just to be careful.
The movie Brawl or the fast action battler Brawl. I like the fast action battler more. I've heard movie brawl arms get plastic stress mark after transforming.
Fast action Battler Barricade or Movie Barricade. Movie Barricade. Of course it's better to get the first encounter Walmart exclusive. It's cheaper if you want both Barricade and 74' camaro version Bumblebee. Cause if you were to buy them separately they cost 10 each. The exclusive just cost 16 something. You save 3 bucks or so.
Fast action battler Jazz or movie Jazz. Fast action battler has less robo kibble. The car mode is better on movie Jazz.
Going to wait for the anime colors movie Jazz.
Movie Ironhide or Fast action battler Ironhide. Prefer movie Ironhide. Rather wait for the anime red and black version.
Fast action battler Ratchet or movie Ratchet. Movie Ratchet but in anime colors.
I'm skipping Bonecrusher. Don't like his looks too much. Even though he has a role on the film. When he tangles with Optimus. But I've heard his sliding wheels have a tendency to break when you transform him.
I'm not too giddy on Movie Megatron. Would get the anime colors version of him if it's released ,and if they drop the price at some point.
The others which also arouse my attention. Is the camera. They should of called him Reflector though.
Ok what movie version toys you prefer

I'm going to say the normal movie figures destroy any other versions.

I'll go with original movie toys from the 80's
But in terms of the new movie... I guess Booster X-10, I know its a real gear and probably not in the movie, but it's Lazerbeak

The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

First of all it's 08 not 98, and second of all I would prefer neither of them, I prefer the Unleashed Bumblebee. But if I had to choose the 08 would be the decision.SpacerAM2 wrote:Which Bumblebee is cooler the 74 camaro version or the 98 version. The 98 version of course. Mostly the larger, normal figures are the way to go, perhaps with the exception of Brawl, who while still a decent Deluxe figure does have arm issues in robot mode. Fab Brawl does not seem to ahve this problem, and he does not lose his imposing look in the FAB line.
If you dont want to spend the extra to get the Voyager figures, FAB Ironhide, Ratchet and Starscream are all good replacements, Starscream in particular, seeing how bad his alt mode looks in both versions anyway.
The best thing you can do though, is buy the real gear robots. ALL of them are exceptional.

Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.

Well, the 0 key is very close to the 9 key, so it's an understandable mistake
