Hey everyone,
With all of the excitement about BotCon, the Movie, the various galleries, prototypes, toy news, comic book news, the new site design ... we finally had our first 1/2 million pageview day (525,154 to be exact). We've been hovering around 350,000 - 475,000 pageviews per day for quite a while and even came extremely close on May 18th with 498,073 pageviews. I really wanted to post a 500,000+ news post then but decided to wait until we truly reached that landmark, which we finally did yesterday. We also reached another major landmark this past Thursday (the day the movie premiered here in Rhode Island). We had over 40,000 unique visits to the website.
I want to give EVERYONE a huge thanks for supporting this site. I really enjoy providing and maintaining this truly invaluable resource for everyone. As long as all of you keep enjoying the hard work that the ENTIRE Seibertron.com staff puts into the site, we'll keep working our butts off for everyone so that all of you can get the latest and greatest TF news, images, entertainment and information from the world's ultimate Transformers resource.
It means so much to me that all of you are enjoying Seibertron.com so much. Thank you.

On a sidenote, I haven't been watching TV lately, but my friend told me that Seibertron's address was on a commercial for the movie. Is this true? If so, could that have sparked the 500k+ views?

I doubt that this is true. I don't know why there would be a commercial for the movie that mentions this site.

This is the best Transformers site, without question. However, I'm still going to beat that dead horse about the new site design. I don't like it! I wish you had kept the tech specs design. That was my favorite. Yeah, I know it seemed to have its share of bugs, but I don't think you could beat it when it came to the "cool" factor. I've never seen another Transformers site layout like that one.
