Something I noticed on TFP Revealers (Deluxe) Figures

I noticed something on TFP Deluxe figures. On the 3 figures I have from that class so far (Wheeljack, Soundwave, and Cliffjumper), the Deluxes seem to lack faction symbols. Wheeljack and Cliffjumper don't seem to have any Autobot symbols on them, and Soundwave doesn't have a Decepticon symbol. However, the Powerizers have their faction symbols present.

Have any of you noticed that? :-?

Maybe they have something similar to rubsigns? Maybe that's what the "Revealers" tag line comes from?

I thought 'Revealers' was due to the head-reveal gimmick.

Hmmmmm. I don't spot any rubsigns on these figures. But that would explain the Revealers tag line. Edit: So does this. They all seem to have head revealing gimmicks:

A look at my three figures:

They all have that? Didn't know about that.

Maybe symbols just aren't in the budget anymore.

Reason is easy. They are just the prototypes and final product may differ.

In the worst case scenario, there's nothing a good sticker sheet from Reprolabel can't fix.
Come see my latest creation, Death Hand, the actual transforming Transformers!

Weapon: Energon Crossbow
I thought the revealers tag was about the fact that they have weapons that can display in vehicle form

However, Soundwave only comes with Laserbeak. Whether you consider him a Weapon or not is up to you.

the final product that people have bought in stores and posted video and picture reviews of on the internets? that final product?

good catch with the faction symbols, but some of these toys at least, are out there as they appear in the toyfair pics. the head-reveal gimmick seems the only logical explanation, but I'm going to suggest the actual reason is that it's just another made-up name that doesn't signify much. I suppose Powerizers could be named as such because the have the "power" of light-up parts (do they? is that why the clear bits? I'm still not entirely sure) or maybe just because the translucent plastic looks like Energon, which the TFs get their power from.
Weaponizers have weapons, but...It's just the name of a line.

Re: faction symbols...the show models have them, right?
assembling a Neo-G1/TF:TM cast. Please PM if you have (or know of) the following at a reasonable price: Classics or Henkei Astrotrain, Sunstreaker, Sideswipe, or 3rd Party iGear Ratchet and Ironhide.
Also looking for Universe Repugnus and Overbite, Frostbite and Longhorn and any Webdiver toys.

They sure do. Wheeljack's supposed to have one in the middle of his chest, Soundwave's supposed to have two on each shoulder, and Cliffjumper's supposed to have one somewhere...
