I like the look of the IDW version much better.

Shaj- the only 3p combiner I have is the Toyworld throttlebot one, and I never finished it. I've been keeping an eye on this offering though, and I'm just in love with that Motormaster.

I'm also trying to decide if I want to start getting the Takara Conehead MPs, or wait and see what Maketoys does.

As far as the XTB goes, well, we've only seen two figures, and while they look nice, and the price is super nice, we haven't seen MM, or a combined mode yet. Again, I really love that early IDW design for Menasaur.

Hopefully xtb shows it at tfcon. The price is also amazing. Sad that the mold designer stole the designs and is already making a version of it

I like the individual tfm stunticons. Combined mode is small tho

I'm satisfied with them, if not slightly let down. Knowing you, not only will you not be happy with them, but especially upset after forking over the big bucks. Best plan for you would be wait for a 3P offering or go the KO route.

I honestly kinda want one of the KO Thrusts, as they have his wings attached to his back rather than the legs (on the official). I love the wing leg'd official, but have a soft spot for Thrust (and Dirge) as they were the only Seekers I had as a kid. And having different representations of them would be neat.

Yeah, see, as a kid, Dirge was the only seeker I ever had. The pull of his MP version is mighty strong.

Hmmm.... I know that pull. It's a strong one. You might be fine with Thrust if you got the love goggles on. I can say he's my favorite MP Seeker besides MP-3.

Found these guys at target yesterday. Octane is pretty amazing, but Blitzwing has some concerns. Namely, his chest piece hinge is warped, which throws it out of alignment.
