Grimlock beating Perceptor at chess, or any other intellectual game.

Bumblebee walks in on Grimlock singing "I feel like a Woman", with an awkward exchange between the two:

Megatron to actually hit an Autobot. He always missed. Rarely ever did his friggin shots connect. Until the movie when they want to clean house.
Optimus Prime getting pissed off more than once in the whole show. RE: The Secret of Omega Supreme, Prime blasts the crap out of Megs and his gang.
