WTB: Star Wars 6" Sandtrooper Commander

I'm looking for a Star Wars Black Series 6" Sandtrooper Commander, with the orange shoulder pauldron. I don't want to have to pay the wild $50+ prices that I see on Amazon and eBay, so I thought I'd see if anyone here would be open to do business.

I'd prefer one with the box, but not necessarily a MISB figure. I just want to have the box, as I've been keeping all the packaging from this line. A loose figure is ok as well, but the box is preferred. The boxed figure can be opened and all that, but in good condition, obviously, and complete.

I'm looking to pay between 20 and 25$ for a loose one, or between 30-35$ for a boxed one. I can pay through PayPal asap, and for shipping purposes I live in Chicago.
I have found a few loose figures in the 20-25 dollar range, but I'd prefer to do business here because at least here, I'm dealing with collectors.
