Had QL came on in March 1969 & went off in May 1973.

Who would the cast of this Quantum Leap have been?

Robert Culp, William Windom, Dean Spockwell, Michael Douglas or, someone else not suggested here, as Dr. Sam Beckett. Beckett's bio is basically the same except either WWII or Korea are the war which affected his family directly. Instead of Vietnam.

Martin Balsam, Abe Vigoda, Jackie Gleason, Jonathan Harris, or, someone else not suggested here, as Al. Al in this is either a WWII or Korean War vet. Instead of Nam.

The role(s) of Deborah Pratt on QL, both onscreen & off, could've been provided by Majel Barrett in this imaginary 1969-1973 QL. Unless you can think of someone else.

What do you imagine this Quantum Leap would've been like?

that would suck because i used to watch that with my mom when i was still just a wee little chap. had it been on 20 yrs earlier i wouldnt have seen it. and uhh, /:)

Errrr...

More or less it was. One of the inspirations for Quantum Leap was The Time Tunnel airing in 1966-67.

Concidering the timing and technology available at the time, I would hazard a guess that an attempt at Quantum Leap whould have been mostly identical.

when it comes to quantum leap asa series

how might that play out if one were to adapt the idea tothe transformers mythos

the original optimus prime himself leapinin and out of the lifes of each of the various autobot leaders primes and convoys from autobot leader prime or convoy to the next but with it having a bit of deadman added to the mix as well

in a way optimus would be existin as both a guide to each of them and a ghost continueing to live his life through each of them and through the experience each of them would be learning what it means to be a true hero and leader in times of self doubt self pity and extreme emotional grief

basicly primes wrole i na way would be that of jaggas character from thundercats

I really enjoyed Quantum Leap as a child. Personally, I would love to see the series remade, or a Quantum Leap movie.

and I'm not a big QL fan

but i think it'd be funnier with BW prime.

its similar to when rodimus entered the matrix, but more awesome
