TM's are poppin up in san antonio here too. I have yet to see any current or recent figures on there shelves though, Might have to add it to the hunt list though, would be cool to score a wreck gar for cheaps

Just found the following figures at one of my local Tuesday Morning stores in Arlington Heights, IL

Those guys are still sticking around. I found all of them(sans the Legends) a couple weeks ago at the Gordman's in Cedar Rapids, IA. They had a boat load of 'em too.

It's also possible that Fallback and Mindset, being redecos, were eliminated from later waves. Overstock shipments can start at any wave, as evidenced by the 2010 imports from my stores, which have:

Not sure about that here in the Chicago area ... minus Fallback and Mindset, they had an entire case of Wave 2 and a Legends case, minus 1 figure. I'm pretty sure the employee I talked to yesterday also said "we just got the cases of those yesterday." which made sense from what I saw on the shelves.
