That mean, you must have played with the thing in hand. Is it good or bad?

So, me first:

From my fellow Québécois, I bought from him that sweet mini-haul. All were loose, but complete and in perfect condition. What more, no shipping charge because I bought from him in person as always.
So, that's RotF Jetfire for 20$, and SDCC''s 2008 Nemesis Prime at 30$ with the Shadow Commander set for 80$.
That's a 130$ haul in total.
So, about the Shadow Commander upgrade, I think it's very nice. Not perfect, but very nice. Sure, this is just partforming, but it's partforming that work surprisingly well. The armor stay in place solidly and I can still put him in some good poses easily. The only thing I dont like is the ridiculously large gun made out of a big part of the trailer. It could have transformed into a minibot partner or something. Instead, we get a gun that is way to big for Shadow Commander to hold properly and if he does, it's way to distracting because it's too stupidly big. What more, only Shadow Commander can weild the giant gun. That's wasted potential here.
Still, even with the flawed giant gun, Shadow Commander is way cool on it's own and is a must to make your Nemesis Prime unique. Also, increasing the size of the figure from a tiny voyager to a beeffy Ultra is a nice bonus.
Was it worth the money? Shadow Commander at 80$ is a bit much considering all that plastic of the giant gun I will use only for the trailer mode. Still, having Nemesis Prime and Jetfire for so cheap largely make up for it.
