They occasionally pop up on eBay, but when I've seen them there they're usually horribly expensive.

Every once in a while Fun Publications releases the convention comics through Diamond (that is how I got Transformers: Timelines vol. 2 #5) unfortually they don't do very often and I THINK (although I'm not 100% sure and if I'm wrong I'm sure Sabrblade or someone else will correct me) Shattered Glass would have been released by now (if it was released at all) and I highly doubt it can be re-ordered, although I might be wrong on that too.
