The DBZ narrator is Kyle Hebert. It does sound like Cullen's though. Who knows, unless someone contacts Cartoon Network.

Nope, it IS Peter Cullen, it's been confirmed. he does narritive work on the side sometimes for extra cash.

Yes. Peter Cullen was the official narrator for all the Toonami commercials and promos for a while. Though, his voice was just the narrator, while Steve Blum voiced Toonami's host character, TOM.
