The Amazon one doesn't work, but the other two do.
Second one is encore 03 Soundwave and the third is encore 21 Soundblaster.
I like the Soundblater better. It comes with Enemy and Wingthing.

The amazon is the toysrus reissue with 2 cassettes. Razorback +
I'm between the soundblaster 21 or the reissue toysrus.
I just want to make sure there's nothing obvious I'm missing or if one is more collectible than another.

The TRU reissue is blue like any other Soundwave, he features the same tapedeck as Soundblaster though, where you an fit 2 cassettes inside. Original Soundwave can only fit one tape in his chest. Comes with Lazerbeak and Ravage
The encore 21 is Soundblaster, he is a black repaint
While I consider them the same character, they are different in that they are from different time frames of existence.
The toys are only as collectable as decided by those that collect them

I got the TRU reissue Soundwave with Soundblaster's chest. It comes by fairly cheap, and it comes with both Lazerbeak and Ravage. Best deal IMO 
But then of course, I got mine when it was in TRU, so aftermarket price may vary, but i'm sure its cheaper than the Encore one.

i decided on the Encore Soundblaster, preordered through Captured Prey, due to the interesting tapes as well as the crazy prices the SDCC version of Soundwave has been asking
especially since i have a blue version of SWave from the WFC Cybertronian deluxe
gives a sense of a timeline
plus it is a black version of a character that actually has a reason to exist in the G1 continuity
