I'm interested in having the G1 deco Jazz Alternator, but I feel I have to buy a second Meister fig to do so...
You dont need to worry about the stickers for Alt Jazz. They can easily be repositioned time after time so long as you havent pressed them down firmly. I just lightly put them in place, make sure they line up etc and then run a soft cloth from one end to another, keeps bubbles at bay ( bad monkey! ) and stops the stickers shifting. Alt Wheeljack is pretty much totally covered in new stickers and is quite tricky by comparison to Alt Jazz.

For the Jazz stickers I feel the need for a second fig more because I don't feel right customizing the fig, even though it makes it cooler...part of the anal "mint and complete" thing I got goin' on. But with a second one I'd feel comfortable doing whatever I want with it. Thanks for the info, though. I'll feel much less stress about it when the time comes, assuming I don't just find a good deal on one with the stickers already applied first.

I never cared for stickers unless they were the metallic ones. Applying them was tedious, and they never stayed on most of the time. I like how those details are painted on.

Man, I love those G1-era metallic stickers with the weird patterns and shapes on them - like those that go on Metroplex. Something about them is so 80s-appropriate.
