I like some of the filters instagram and my camera have for pictures. Thundercracker went with me today to the office, and I think this filter nails his look. Original below!




also, Even though I told myself I would hold off on more figures, I stepped in crap again last night. Made a deal and got a TM1 Cheetor complete for $15 shipped (down from $20).

And then on the Cybertron Cafe Facebook group I'm part of, a guy had RotF Bludgeon and Lockdown. When asked, he wanted $60, so I told him I wasn't interested. Well then he went down to $45 shipped, and I couldn't say no. So they are on their way.

And for those keeping up: My MPM Barricade ordeal has ended. Seller finally surrendered to a full refund and return. But then, to my horror, I discovered that in the time between opening him and 24 hours later finding out he was a KO, I threw away the insert. So the guy gave me a $30 refund out of $52 and told me to keep it.

At least when I get the real thing he'll have 2 weapons now. and I will keep the KO in alt mode most likely beside his real buddy. I'll probably get him from TFsource once Greatshot comes in stock, since Barry is already in stock.

Greats deals, D-Max! It's tough not to pull the trigger when a deal stares ya in the face. $45 for those two is an excellent deal.

I saw a Double Pretender Optimus Prime for $27 on eBay, so I made a bid at $35 -- it sold for $47 to someone else, but still.... I would've been happy to get a deal on him, and didn't bother to offer more (if I had really wanted to win).

I think if you get Thundercracker you will be happier. I still love Nitro Zeus, but Thundercracker actually has paintwork and colors, the one thing Zeus needed. Hoping you find him!

and man Bod, $47 for a double pretender prime is a steal! Pity you didn't win him

I'll say, D-Max! That $47 was the final sniped-price. I think the most I planned on bidding was $43, so I would've lost anyway. But yeah, I'll keep a casual lookout for another deal on dat Prime....

That is total BS about KO Barry. Insert or not, the item was literally counterfeit being passed off as legit. Full refund should be a given!

I feel the same man. I'm really unhappy with the situation, it has soured my opinion of buying cheaper options from Ebay

TL;DR, you reminded me I need to put RiD Thunderhoof (as well as Starscream) on the sales thread

Also, Animated Lockdown looks awesome, and Bludgeon is one of the coolest non-Bayverse Bayverse toys!! I wish I had him.

Indeed! To this day I still think that's the best Bludgeon. Might be nice to see him with a snazzier paint job ala Movie the Best, but he's stood the test of time rather well

But whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy why you sell Thunderhoof??? He is one of the best figures of the line, and utterly unique, and a cool character!

I agree, Bludgeon is very very good, and I really like the robot mode. I had heard the transformations for these 2 were hard, but they aren't that bad really.

Love the haul, D-Max! RotF Bludgeon is really cool -- I still wish to someday obtain the G1 original Pretender, but this incarnation is the best. I can't wait to get his Prime Master to give Bludgeon a bludgeon.

I really enjoy Blurr in running poses. I remember last year putting him in all these sexy poses once I got him. His shoulders, when posed like his right one here, make him look very well endowed!

I am really warming up to the TF Animated figures! That Blurr is a beauty.

I have considered picking up Jazz, since he kinda looks like Scatman Caruthers.

Jazz is pretty slick! I think he's pretty dang cool.

And Blurr is one of the best Transformers figures ever. If you get a single animated figure, it's hard not to tell you to get him

I got my first one with Shockwave/Longarm, D! Blurr and Jazz may have to be obtained.....

Deskbot of the day was Jetfire! This guy is one of my favorites, and really holds a special place in my heart. He's in my Top 10 best Transformers I own.

Leader Jetfire is super baller. I still am a fan of the voyager from Classics..maybe he needs to come off the sale thread..!

You should hold onto your voyager Jetfire Cram, I still hear he's got some good stuff with him! But the leader is where it's at for me. The facemask is one of my favorite head sculpts on Transformers.

Actually, it may be fun to make a list of my 10 favorite Transfomers in my collection...

anyways, 2 new things on a related subject:

First up, YAY!! Greatshot is finally instock at TFsource!



2nd thing though: the timing was absolutely terrible...



I literally shipped MP40, G2 Megs, and a Dr Wu Timegun a half hour before he came in stock. Now he'll need to wait till the end of May to ship with War Hammer Bee and a very special surprise for myself. But at least he finally came. And in my mind, it will spread out my hauls so I can enjoy 2 or 3 at a time instead of like 5 or 6 at once.

I think I talked myself out of keeping voyager Jetfire D-Max!! I got him out of the sales bin and removed him from the list, and today he's going back on. I may have to elaborate it in my own collection thread, but thanks to all of these flipping MP announcements I need to decide what I'm really going to do. The answer may surprise us all!! Or it will surprise no one. Probably no one.

If anything, I'm glad you were able to spread the fun out over time. Sometimes the full fun experience can be lost if it happens all at once! Slow burn, like Cary did with the Voltron cats!!
