Yeah, although actual jokes would be nice, too. Personally, I understand and appreciate that it's a parody. As long as it
isn't just a kiddy-drawn knock off and is actually funny. I'm not familiar with Top Shelf, but it would've helped if the preview page was one with some substance; there isn't even a classic one-liner there.
It's actually pretty well-drawn for the style - actually it sort of reminds me of Lew Stringer's Robo-Capers (one of the backup strips in the old UK TF comics). But at $15, that page isn't close to enough to sway me.
