Tightening a part...
After transforming HFTD Jetblade a few times, I've noticed that the metal peg which secures his wing to his leg has become very loose (specifically, it is the larger metal peg which connects the black joint of his wing to his left leg). I realize that this figure is warming shelves all over the place at this point, so exchanging it would not be that hard, but is there any way to fix it on my own?

Firstly, make sure the hole isn't lose because the plastic has split. I don't have this figure so don't know what part you're talking about or if said breakage is possible. If the plastic hasn't split:
Either:
a tiny bit of superglue on one side of the peg - make sure it's dry before putting it in the hole and don't get it on the end of the peg in case it stops it going in far enough
Or:
put a tiny piece of thin paper (toilet roll?) over the hole, use the peg to push it in to the hole. If it stays in the hole when you remove the peg you could apply a tiny drop of superglue to the paper to hold it there. Make sure it's dry before reinserting the pin.

I don't think the plastic is cracked. I'm honestly not sure how to even take this type of joint apart. It's the large metal peg which holds the black piece to the leg, as seen in this picture. I've noticed this problem on other TFs, but have never known of a workaround for tightening the joint.

Ah, you're talking about the round chrome thing, right? I thought you meant a peg that slots in and out of a hole. The only thing I can think of is to put superglue in the joint and keep the joint moving for 20 minutes so the glue dries without locking it in place. It's risky. Best done whilst watching tv or something! If it goes wrong and sticks you can immerse it in very hot soap water and wiggle it till it frees.

You could try using a hammer and either a nail or a screwdriver to tap the pin in.

Pop the pin out, put some super glue or nail clear coat (yes, nail polish) on the pin, let it dry and then put it back in.
I had to put nail polish on Leader Class Prime's left arm so the hood panel on his forearm would stay up in robot mode, instead of sliding down all the time.
