That Megatron design needs a bit more articulation and to be made Deluxe Class, be made by Takara and covered in chrome. :BOOM:

The mini mart near my house sells some very realistic looking BB guns, all cheap, and pretty much to anybody over 12. ;)

Franly, I think G1 Megatron or Browning have no compare to that.

Oh suuuuuuuuuuure. Say Hasbro is screwing things up for you when they're looking to protect themselves from possible trademark or legal disputes.


Can you imagine the **** that can be kicked up if they get accused of negligence for daring to sell a toy that looks like a real gun? Can you imagine your post being used in a news story to show "how geeky fans don't care about children's safety, so long as they get their OMG it looks like a real gun robot toy?"


How sure are you that they wanted to make that change just to mess with you? Maybe the retailers told them to add orange to Megatron, or it's no sale.


Look at how quick they went to put the fire out of Spastic the toy. And that's for a country they probably don't even consider a major market.
