Is there any sort of official trading room at Botcon, where attendees can gather and trade or sell figures? Not as dealers with paid booths, just person-to-person.

And if so, I think we should post lists of figures we want or ones we plan to bring for trading.

Nope, all private trading is unofficial. There will be a bulletin board outside the dealer room where many people will put lists of what they have to trade and/or what they are looking for, along with their phone number or hotel room number. Lots of room-to-room trading takes places in the evenings in this way.

I think there's an unofficial parts party held on Thursday where things can be brought to trade or buy. It's usually in a hotel room somewhere.
