SPOILERS AHEAD!

Read it yesterday and really dug it.

I was wondering how a normal person was able to take down Bumblebee with ease. I was floored to discover that someone is mass producing Megatron guns.

And I've got to say I really like Don's redesign for Frenzy & Rumbles. I've liked those characters but this is the first time I've seen them as dangerous. Wicked design.

Man, I'm really excited about "Revenge of the Decepitcons."

As much as I would LIKE to like this series, I just cannot keep interested. The story just isn't good enough to be carried by mediocre-to-downright-bad art...Yes, I am looking RIGHT at you, Don! I bought a few issues during the time when Don wasn't doing the art and was just struck with the total "meh" of the story...Some of the ideas are nice, but I just cannot get into it!

Now that Don and his BSC art is back, I am just plain done with Ongoing.

Too bad.

You should be "floored". It's a plot twist that makes no damn sense at all. Of course, crafting plot twists that make no damn sense at all is what Costa's (sadly) known for, so on that level, I don't know why you would be surprised at all.

Well, could it be a forum where logical criticism of the ongoing wreck can be discussed without the risk of getting mobbed torn limb from limb by the fans who like it?

Yes, but make sure that you explain why you dislike something. Simply saying "it sucks" isn't a good enough reason.

It is in no way related to any G1 at all anymore...
Give it a new title, let the 2,5 people that still buy and read this enjoy it and start or pick up a G1 series that everybody can relate to.
This is getting way out of hand...
Hasbro should have stepped up or, like with so many things, they just don't care as long as the title 'Transformers' is out there...
This is not G1 to me...

Megatrons new look I like, as it is a step out of the eternal G1 looks.

Too bad they forced the Witwickys into this continuity, I liked the IDWverse better before them. On second thought, it is a funny parallel, that the helper of G1 autobots was a builder, while the IDW equivalent is a soldier. Could sign the approach of the writers.

As for the issue: DULL SURPRISE! The art was bad, and having half the pages full with humans showing dull surprise without a decent dialogue didn't help either.
This issue was weak. The autobots didn't place a single guard beside the captured decepticons, and there is only four-five autobots at the base (in the same room)?
Smokescreen could have been anybody, and when I read Costas writing, I can't imagine the bots having more than one "voice" - they all have the same characteristics.

Every once in a while, there's a glimmer of hope, a little piece in the story that if it was given half a chance, could blossom into a story that would knock our socks of. Give me one good knock down, drag out battle scene where someone gets beat - by another robot. What, LSOTW wasn't a big enough hint as to what the fans want?

God! Thank you! How are we supposed to know what people like/don't like if you don't have something to say about it? You just can't be afraid to throw out your opinions on something - and for God's sake, don't just agree with what others are saying! What's the point of having a discussion if no one discusses anything? While I don't agree with ripping someone apart for having a thought, don't let that discourage you from voicing what you think! Besides, keep in mind that we're trying to get through IDW's thick skulls (* oh, is that yet another example of me being too optimistic? * =P~

)to get some things changed for the better.

Sometimes things just don't get changed until everyone is pissed!

Feel free to chime in with your opinions (negative or positive), as I feel IDW needs to know how the fandom feels about their series. I decided to register on their forums just to let them know this is going all wrong... in my opinion.

Good job, Hans! IDW does need to know how we feel. Either they make some changes, or they're going to lose Ongoing - which would make me very sad. :sad:

I've been the cheerleader for 14 issues now and it's hard to keep up the positive when there's nothing to cheer about. It's past time for an exciting, dynamic, edge-of-your-seat kind of story that will have us all breathless and wanting more. I'm gonna just have to let IDW have it - even though you've already said it best! :APPLAUSE:

Good job, Hans! IDW does need to know how we feel. Either they make some changes, or they're going to lose Ongoing - which would make me very sad. It's been like nearly 2 years since I read a TF IDW comic. It well downhill in AHM......DW despite all it's faults(Pat Lee mainly) had a much better take IMHO.

Nice.

Line work looks rushed at some points, color work is too simplistic it has no dynamic...
Movie verse faces on G1 characters. G1 needs to be done as G1!
I buy these books every single month hoping to have a suprise and it´s always the same disappoint get it? It´s been 15 months and still nothing...
Thats the reason of my disapointment.
Im not saying these people aren´t good artists, it just seems they aren´t putting a real effort in these books

I'm always happy! I just wanna know your opinion in detail - kinda like your post in the Transformers: Ongoing #15 Five-Page Preview. It's really not enough to just say "I don't like this." If changes need made, there needs to be details. For discussion purposes, there needs to be discussion.

I don't argue well. But I will prod you into giving up what you really think in living color detail.
