Kurona wrote:So Defensor's currently combined and I gave him Leader Thundercracker's large gun as a weapon because I honestly believe that looks so much better than anything else I could give him.
So that leaves me with Hot Spot's two (awesome) rifles. Any sane person would either put them somewhere on Defensor for spare weaponry or storage, or give them to another 'bot for weapons.
I'm not sane RAMBO WOLF

That seems to be the intent - Triggerhappy's obviously gonna become Misfire and maybe Slugslinger, and I can't imagine they wouldn't release the Autobot ones too. Especially when they oh so love releasing more bots than cons...

Plus, I'd buy them all

Kurona wrote:I can't say I care too much about the Autobot Targetmasters, but the Decepticon Targetmasters were amazing imo - like 1987's line of Seekers. Three of them, they turn into jets, they're in the same exclusive group... kinda part of why I want all of them to share the same mold, weird as that sounds. Solidifies that idea for me.
Same goes for the 1988 Targetmasters - love the Decepticon ones, can't say I care much for the Autobot ones. The 1988 Decepticon Targetmasters even sort of feel like mini Combaticons for me with their alt-modes which is an idea that works so much better now with Blast Off finally turning into a jet as he always should have

I really hope the three Decepticon Targetmasters are the same base design as well. All of them fit that design so well. The Autobot Targetmasters I mostly like though because of their designs, but I obviously still want them. Autobots seem to always be more bland in character though, and less unique.

SillySpringer wrote:It's awesome that they're also releasing movie characters in the same line also as Targetmasters and Headmasters since they all were in the same fiction at different points.
Also, since Blurr technically is a targetmaster, I could try making a partner for him also. Maybe even a Nightstick for CW Cyclonus.
Kurona wrote:And yes, even though most other Targetmasters got the wrist thing and he didn't, Cyclonus' Universe toy still did the wrist thing...
Funnily enough, Pointblank's really the only one I care for and that's mostly thanks to the leadership role he had in The Headmasters cartoon. But because it was that version, I find myself more often than not prone to referring to him by his Japanese name Blanker.Kurona wrote:Sabrblade wrote:That's Pointblank.Kurona wrote:A while back I kind of wished that if they made Crosshairs,
Always mix the Autobot Targetmasters' names up. You can tell how much I care about them![]()

SillySpringer wrote:Am I the only one that thinks a lot of the Titan-masters names and their partner's names should've been switched? Sometimes the partners have gun-related names, and the Titan-masters have others. Specifically Pointblank with Peacemaker, Crosshairs with Pinpointer, and Sureshot with Spoilsport.

The main bot having gun-related names could be taken as reinforcement of their marksmanshipAt least you were able to memorize them, I can't. Worse, I can never remember which gun goes to who
