Because it is on glass and is very slippery. If it is not there, the legs will slowly go into splits. Even with the ratchet there is nothing to really grip on such a smooth surface. So on something so smooth I put a little rubber drawer liner under him. If he say stands on cloth or not such a smooth surface like a desk I dont have a problem. I changed out the hips and the ratchets are good. He is just so top heavy that he will do the splits.

I'd go with Delicate Warrior as well to complete the cast. Although, the PE one coming out soon looks nice, it doesn't fill the roll like your other members do. Plus, DW is a very nice figure.

IMHO they are totally worth it dude! I got the Ultra Magnus version which has more silver coloring in full blade. I have that one one my Omega Prime and of course the Nemesis blade is just awesome for Classics Nemesis Prime and I have him holding it at full blade too. I think they idea that he has the power to wield something that big is just wicked! Then the look of that jet pack with wings and the 2 shoulder guns knock it up another notch. I wish I had a camera to show him off. :BANG_HEAD:

I will admit they don't fit securely in the grips of any Convoy TF...the hilt still rotates in the grip but as seen in various pictures it can still be held for various poses that I can assure you.

I say get at least those 2 amcgrath, nothing could piss you off by doing so man! ;)^

Thanks for the insight ND! I do really like the look of the Nemesis sword but my NP is in the Shadow Commander armor so he's pretty well set. I have an extra Prime with my G3 trailer so that's why the Optimus set appeals to me. It's a shame the sword handle doesn't fit securely though.

Just FYI, this isn't the PE TAW, but MGS-01. I managed to get it for less then 45USD. Quality is great and a cheaper option. The extra heads were a joke btw, still good enough to fill in Classic Bumper and Hubcap's shoes
