You're right, it did. That looks awesome, and surprisingly close to the mental image I had when I suggested the idea.

Two improvements (in my opinion) that I would suggest:

1) Rework the head a little; it still looks too Unicron. The beard should probably go for a start, and I think I'd personally shave down the sides of the helmet (where it sticks out near the jowls), and build up the top (like the forehead, maybe make a little more like the classic buckethead).

2) I think a little more paint may be in order, I can't help thinking that it looks too grey; a little more silver (especially on the face) and black could help a lot.


I'd also like to point out the extra mod you made to Prime, which I loved. Fixing the rifles to his shoulder mounts in robot mode acts a brilliant distraction, drawing the eye away from the bare shoulders. Nice touch.

Let me finish the fine details and I might if the price is right. I need to buy another Starscream now. It was my only one. I keep hoping they'll go on clearance. I think WW Prime would be a nice Starscream Bash, and maybe a better pair with this Megatron. It would be really cool to have a Megs and Prime both made from Cyb Starscream.

I don't know if that is the same as $39.99US, but every store in Tulsa, OK. has 10 or more. Toys R Us, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target. Nobody is buying the larger Tformers it seems. Even Primus with or without Unicron head. I see them everywhere I go. I figure the Starscream has to be 50% off soon. Then I will have to buy at least 2.

As of today that works out to $67 US and I just bought Primus with Unicron's head for $90 Cdn which is $80.47 US. Damn, I'm living in the wrong place!!!!

I think you could save money buying them here and having them shipped to you. Especially if they go on clearance. I got 2 Unicrons, 1 black and one yellow for $25 dollars apeice, and most of my armada figures for $7 dollars, because there are so many places to buy them down here. At least 11 retail stores off the top of my head. Plus one Retro toy store Vintage Stock that has a variety of transformers all the time for sale or trade. Wal-mart, K-mart, Target, ToysRUs, Walgreens, Albertsons, Big Lots, Sears, Sam's, CostCo, Kaybee, and sometimes Tuesday Mornings. whew.

Dark Unicron is only available here at a comic shop and he wants $110 CDN for him and didn't seem to like it too much when I laughed at him and said you have got to be joking. He was quite upset claiming that he was selling it for what he got it for just to get rid of it so I took my business elsewhere!!!

The vehicle mode for your Megatron reminds me of the Fallen. from War Within: Dark Ages.

The only info I have about The Fallen is More Than Meets The Eye and WW the Dark Ages #4. Both of which don't really give any good pics. I've been wanting to do a bash of the Fallen. Does anybody have any other pics and info other than what I have? Please let me know.
From what I can see the Fallen's head looks like a combination of Galvatron and Optimus. He is definitely a Transformer that needs to be built.

did you know we're getting one as a transforming 6" Titanium? two waves from now I think, but that could be off. I was about to start figuring out what toy to use as a start for making one when they announced it *L*

What no Tank pics? Are these being released in one package? The Fallen actually isn't half bad looking. They could have done a better job on the flames and the head is a little weak, but altogether not bad at all. Now I know what I have to do with another Cybertron Starscream. I think I can do another tank mode and make it look totally different. It might take a little bit longer, but Megatron only took a couple of days, so a week won't be that bad for a Big Bad Fallen. He should go nicely next to the Leige Maximo as soon as I start him. Anybody know what his Alt mode is?

As far as anyone knows, Max doesn't transform, so I'd say you're pretty much free to make up any alt-mode you fancy. There's only ever been a handful of 'official' pictures - in fact, technically, the one that was shown in the Megatron thread may be the only one, unless Alignment's considered canon.

Thanks for the info. So what would something that twisted Transform into?...............................................................still thinking. I got nothing.
