Since the transformers rotf leader class buster prime is coming out can we buy the same gun from the buster prime for our old leader class optimus prime to look like the buster prime? Or can we just repaint it?

Hasbro has never released an upgrade kit before, at least from the memory I have. At the moment, Buster Prime isn't even going to be released in North America. The likelyhood of you having only one version of RotF Optimus Prime is low.
