Venom VS War Machine!

Sword
The 2 most awesome looking comic book characters face off! Who would win? My $s on Venom...he eats people, and the only thing that can hurt him is fire and sonic vibrations and loud vibrations. And Im talking about a fair fight in the middle of nowhere with no fire or things that make sound!

so he has fire covered, and concievably has several ways to make sonic damage (most concussion damage has a loud enough boom)
and as for a fight in the middle of no where, well.. WM can hover high above, out of Venoms reach. nothin he can really do about that.
the Eidolon Warwear, a more recent armor, uses "plasma-based" weaponry presumably comparable to fire.
and then the "Rhodey transformed the satellite into its armor mode and effectively destroyed a Skrull armada that had been approaching the Earth" armor...
Now, i'm not saying venom is a slouch or anything, but WM has over 9000 advantages on this one

Yeah, I'm with Name on this one. Venom is awesome, but
War Machine just has the resources at his disposal to beat him. As for being in the middle of nowhere, I doubt that matters, as because War Machine packs a ton of weaponry, I don't think he'd really need any terrain advantages to help him.

I think I remember venom beating war machine in a spider man cartoon. Any ways Venom would take him in a city but the war machine in a wide open area. I don't know about the cyborg war machine though.

Both are over-powered and impossible. WM - too many weapons in an armour rig of limited size. V - no skeleton means no support for the body and thus movement is very limited. Laws of physics win.
