I think $160 is a fair price. It is a large figure made in relatively small batches for an extremely niche market. Considering the $150 that reissue Sixshot will be, or the $80 to $100 FansProject figures, $160.00 isn't too bad.

I'm sorry, but that has got to be one of the most uninspiring paint apps on a 3rd party Transformer that I have ever seen. For $159 you get grey and flat purple? Well two shades of purple, but they look very close to the same color. Please tell me it is a prototype! I really wanted this one bad when I saw it several months ago. But now it is an easy pass, unless of course that isn't the finished product.

Not sure. It is the first image of the final colours for this figure, so the only ones that know for sure are MMC.

honestly you are getting a figure engineered from the ground up in a style you will likely never see in a major retailer and for what the remodded official mp's will go for with larger production runs.seriously you want to whine go whine about pe arcee a deluxe for $100 bucks.

considering that you are getting a 3rd party release that from the info provided would equal or exceed the size/mass of unicron(the second largest tf ever made because lets face it herc is only primus sized dispite the hype) thats fantastic accomplishment and although i dont collect the HOS line i commend MMC for a wonderful addition to an already impressive line.

Lavenx.blogspot.com has posted an extensive pictorial review of the MMC KM-03 Knight Morpher Cyclops (HoS Shockwave) prototype that has been making the rounds. The images show off the figure's many fine details in both iron-clad steamboat and robot modes. I wonder why they gave him those ridged Rail Racer fingers, those don't really look that good when you open them.



I know I'm nitpicking but for the price you'd think they'd give him something that's not as "old fashioned".

It would be a cool homage, and look more like the real craft after which he is modeled.

I'm really stuck on the fence here. I look at and I dig it and really want it, then I look at it some more and I don't care for it. Eventually a video review will make me choose..."the waiting is the hardest part..."

I do not like this design. You would figure if they are making a homage to SHOCKWAVE, it would at least be PURPLE. Easy pass for me. Very happy with the DoTM SHOCKWAVE. He fits in well with my Classics line. Having anything else is simply illogical.

The arm kibble is ridiculous, but dead on compared to the actual comic design. Fortunate/unfortunate.
