Is there an unpacker program that could uncompress the Low.dat or Hi.dat files in the game directory. If we could uncompress them we might be able to modify some of the mission file parameters and allow us to play as some of the other characters like swindle, brawl or Shockwave.

Does Anyone know if there is a program that open these two files? We could get so much more play value out of this game its just so taunting that they included all these beautifully rendered characters, but not allowing you to play as them!

Edit: The programs I tried were winrar and game extractor, they didn't work at all.....
