This is a thread devoted to the people who research computer graphics and CGI and those who use 3D programs such as 3ds Max and Maya. This can be used to showcase videos of CGI tests or to talk about programming a CGI thingy.
As for me, I do not have fancy software (At least not yet). I look around online for early and primitive 3D tests and things. As I am a frequent user of Aviary programs, I am looking forward to the day when their 3D program Hummingbird comes out. Until then, I give you a wireframe test of one of the most renowned CGI shorts ever: Luxo, Jr.
