I know this is going to sound rude, but maybe if you want to earn more than $11 an hour you should show your worth?

I speak from experience as I have to deal with a young girl at work who's of the belief she should be paid the same amount as someone who has 10 years more experience than her and 2 University degrees.

Well for starters, she's not a "dumbass". She has in fact worked there for over 5 years and does know he job quite well. And it's the fact that she's worked there five years and this other woman has only been there four months is why she believes she should be paid equal, or more. Loyalty apparently is worth more than experience in her eyes.

As for working with her, I bite my tongue a lot.

Hm... That makes it a bit more complicated. I'd have to mull that one over a bit.

Actuallly... there's pretty much no room to move up the ladder where I work. We've all graduated from college, we all work poopy hours, and we all get paid about the same.

Sounds like the position I was in.

I was on crappy pay, there was absoloutely no chance of moving up, and I slacked off a lot.

It was killing me, so I changed jobs. Now I get paid more, there's not much chance for promotion but there's plenty of chances for me to learn new skills and I don't have enough time to slack off.

To each their own. It's just opinion. Well, half opinion. It does eat a lot of coal. I mean, yeah, the site has its benefits, but there are too many negatives for me to be interested. :KREMZEEK:
