[Hip-Hoptimus Rime]

I picked up Siege Megatron, and wanted to see about modding the blades to be removable. I figured something out, then checked online to see if anyone had done it yet, and sure enough, a few days ago someone on Reddit named BulljiveBots posted:

"Not sure if anyone here has done this quick mod. I separated the blade from the cannon of Siege Megatron’s sword which makes it so his tank mode’s turret can rotate and his cannon has tilt. The rifle by itself makes a great hand cannon as well. Removing one screw makes it happen."

I took it further, though, and cut the shaft connecting the blades in half. Now they can peg into the 5mm ports:

I love this new flexibility, especially the blades' new utility.

I hadn't tried unscrewing that yet, that's awesome. I have been able to just pop the blades off the joint too, and they go back on no problem. Seems to not wear them down too much, and although it leaves the screwed in part at the base it does leave it open for you to go back and forth a little easier.
