The Wheelie and Cyclonus were kits made by a guy for a Japanese con. Apparently the guy cast like 1500 of the kits and sold them under temp license from Takara at the con. Seems thats a pretty common thing over there, like the WST Magnus with Trailer that came out a few years ago. I've love both those figures, but the prices they are going for is insane.
