Has anyone ever made or does anyone know how to make a 4 piece shell that could stay kibble on a TF's back and then form a vehicle shell around it for its alt mode? I'm trying to get a Universe Nemesis Prime and remove all his mammoth kibble and transform him into a sort of armored attack vehicle. I was thinking I could maybe keep his tusks and have them stick out the front like they were for ramming objects. The cannon(s) I plan to give him I was thinking maybe they could become his alt modes weapons or something via a hole in the armor. Would any of this be possible?

Another thing is I'm wanting to remove the missile launchers from his hips and put some kind of chain device on them. Something sort of like a measuring tape device that can reel the chain out and with the push of a button retract it. Does anyone know how to do that?

not sure about the kibble but for the retractable hooks I say go with a small retractable key ring. They come in all sizes and some have a retraction button to leave the cable extended till you want it back in.
