I got so upset everytime I looked at my Laserbeak so I decided that something had to be done. I just lopped the buzzard head off and replaced it with the head from that Booster X10 figure from the 2007 film.
It doesn't transform any more, but to be honest, I wouldn't have even bothered attempting it when it was new.
It was a simple fix and now he has a proud spot on the shelf with the rest of his brethren.
